Here is the short version of Blake's birth. We arrived at the hospital at 8:30am on August 20th to be induced. It was a very long day that ended without a baby being born which was a little discouraging. By 8 am the next morning, August 21st, it was finally time to push!
After three hours of pushing, the doctors decided Blake was not coming out the old fashion way. At 12:03pm Blake was delivered via c-section. The moment we heard him let out his first cry all of our worries were immediately gone. We knew our little man was going to be just fine. There is nothing better than the first sound a baby makes...what a relief!
Welcome to the world Blake!
Out little man or should I say BIG man, 8lbs 15 oz and 22 inches

Hi Dear Sam & Stacey:
The picture of Mr. Blake are so beautiful. We will try and get over to Novato soon. Life has been a little crazy for us with the start of school and all. No excuse for not coming to see your wonderful new bundle of joy.
